Mr. Predrag Stankovic (Senior protection & Commissioning engineer) Contracts completed successfully between years 2015 and 2020 for INP Switzerland, include: ● Commissioning of Siemens Combined Cycle Power Plant Alon Tavor 70 MW in Izrael, performed all C Phase Tests of Independent Power Project to be accepted by System Operator before starting commercial operation, for Siemens Austria, from July to August 2019. ● Commissioning of Siemens Combined Cycle Power Plant Shijiazhuang 2x400 MW in China, all axillaries, stationary batteries, AC & DC distribution, generator protection for gas turbine, for Siemens Germany, from November 2017 to July2018. ● Commissioning of Siemens Combined Cycle Power Plant Sikalbaha 225 MW in Bangladesh, all axillaries, stationary batteries, AC & DC distribution, protection and synchronization, for Siemens Germany, from August 2016 to April 2017. ● Commissioning of Siemens Switchgear on Shell’s FLNG Prelude project in South Korea, for Siemens Germany, from October 2015 to June 2016. Summary of contracts completed successfully between years 2003 and 2006 include: ● Erection of antenna tower “Belo Pole” and electrical supplying for GSM Operator “Mobimak”. ● Building up, erection and commissioning of protection cubicle with ABB directional overcurrent and earthfault relays in 35/20 kV substation “Mavrovo”. ● Commissioning of generator protection type REG 316 on FPSO Bleo Holm in UK (North Sea) for ABB International Group (finished in August 2003). ● New 400/110 kV Substation “Skopje5” for Electric Power Company of Macedonia (finished on 25th November 2003). Responsible for erection of secondary equipment, cabling, wiring and commissioning of the whole substation, together with the preparation of “As built drawings”. ● Secondary testing of protection on nine generators (Power Barges on natural gas from Alstom, John Brown and Iuka with installed power of 35 MW each) owned by AES Nigeria Barge Ltd, located near Lagos in Nigeria (finished in June 2004) for ABB Germany. ● Replacement of the whole secondary equipment (new control and monitoring from Westinghouse, protection from General Electric, excitation from Koncar, turbine governors from Litostroj) and cabling, wiring and commissioning of Hydro Power Plant “Spilje” for Electric Power Company of Macedonia (finished on 8th December 2004). ● Commissioning of Control and Monitoring System (with ABB REC316 and REF 542+ relays and ABB Micro Scada) in the new 220/30 kV GIS Substation “Zawia” (24 feeders 220 kV and 34 feeders 30 kV, 3 Power Transformers 220/30 kV 100 MVA) in Libya. Work was finished in July 2005 for ABB Germany. ● Commissioning of Control and Monitoring System (with ABB REC316 and REF 542+ relays and ABB Micro Scada) in the new 220/66/30 kV GIS Substation “Ras Lanouf” (18 feeders 220 kV and 12 feeders 30 kV, 2 Power Transformers 220/30 kV 100 MVA and 2 Power Transformers 220/66 kV 65 MVA) in Libya. Work was finished in August 2005 for ABB Germany. ● Commissioning of the whole Protection System in the new 132/33/6.6 kV GIS Substation “Majaz” (9 feeders 132 kV and 14 feeders 33 kV, 3 Power Transformers 132/33 kV 75 MVA) in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates for ABB Germany (work completed in January 2006). May 2001 to November 2002, Site Project Manager ● Preparing Technical Design and executing equipment erection and commissioning for Reinforcement of 330/132/33 kV New Haven Transmission Substation in Enugu, Nigeria. Reinforcement was consisted of: erection of the new 132/33kV 60 MVA transformer (ABB), one 132kV transformer bay with ABB equipment, one 33kV transformer bay, four 33kV line bays, erection of earthing transformer for 33kV star point, new 33kV bus bar section, new AC distribution, new DC distribution with battery and rectifier, new control and protection panels with numerical protections from Siemens. Responsible for supervising: civil works, all erection and electromechanical works, cabling, wiring and all commissioning tests. On 24th August 2002, this project was completed. September 1995 to April 2001, Protection Engineer Company: Electric Power Company of Macedonia, Skopje, Republic of Macedonia ● Working in Protection Department as Responsible Engineer for Protection. Work scope was to prepare settings, performing tests and commissioning protection relays of all types. Our Protection Department was covering all Power Plants, Transmission and big Distribution Substations. This position gained me experience with the following types of protection relays: - LZ 32, L8 (BBC distance protections for 110kV and 400kV lines), RADDS, RAZOG, RAZFE (Asea bus-bar, transformer and distance static protections for 400kV substations), REL511, REL521 (ABB numerical distance protections for 110kV and 400kV lines) and SPA series of ABB numerical protections, 7UT512 and 7UT513 (Siemens numerical transformer protections), 7SA511, 7SJ511, 7SJ512, 7SJ531, 7SJ600 (Siemens numerical distance, overcurrent and earthfault protections) and many more. Carried out all commissioning tests for the following new substations: - 35/10kV"Kicevo sever", 35/10kV "Udovo", 35/10kV "Knauf-Debar", 35/10kV "Labunista", 110/20kV "Polog", 110/20kV "Tetovo2", 110/10 "Ohrid 2", 110/35/10kV "Delcevo". Also carried out start up tests for the following reinforcements: 110/35/10kV "Probistip", 35/10kv "Vinica", small hydro power plant "Turija". January 1991 to August 1995, Technical Designer for High Voltage Substations Company: AD EMO-Ohrid, Republic of Macedonia ● Preparing Technical Designs for 110/35/10kV and 35/10kV Distribution Substations. Based on my designs, my former company built the following substations: 35/10kV "Dracevo", 35/10kV "Udovo", 110/35/10kV "Jug nova", 110/10kV "Ohrid2"
